SH-13 Dimebucker - sound problem

Hi,

I have sound problem with my new SH-13 Dimebucker. I've replaced Powersound pickup with Sh-13 Dimebucker in my Ibanez RG370. I did
everything according to schematics (black wire soltered where white one from powersound was previously, white+red soltered together and ilated, bare and green soltered together and grounded correctly) but sound is terrible. Output is very high and I cannot set any reasonable sound. I'm using Laney TF320 + Korg ax1500G processor. Additionally when I stop playing for a while, I hear unpleasent noise. At the moment the only way I can use this pickup is to reduce signal very much with noise gate in korg, but sound is really lousy.
I'm completely broken down! I would be very grateful if enyone can help me.

regards
Chris

For starters get a decent setting of the pup (lower, the adjustable screw in an overall equal distance to the strings except a lower B string). If that hasn't the wanted effect, call back.

Thank you very much Mr. Hamerfan! now it sounds much better :) You're great!!!

Hmmm . . . I'm surprised that fixed it, since Dimebuckers don't have adjustable pole pieces.

I wonder what he adjusted. :D

Maybe he just lowered the entire pickup?

Give us a review of the pickup!!! I'm thinking about buying one of these and am wondering what you think of it.

Ahh forgot the Dime has no adj poles! But lowering and adjustint bass and treble side does the trick too!
