I bought Mayhem set for my Jackson and the Hot Rodded set for my Schecter.
The Mayhem set didn't work in the Jackson... since I tuned it down a step and put bigger strings on it, so I put a Invader and Full shred in it.
That worked great.
I didn't like the JB in the Schecter, so I traded it for a Custom.
That worked great... but not with the Jazz,
so I put the Distortion in the neck.
I'am happy with that now, but I had a Jazz and a Distortion leftover.
I found a Warlock with a very nice neck, so I put the leftover pups in it and they work great together in that guitar.
I tried the Distortion with the Invader in the Jackson,
but that didn't work for me.
Even though I didn't keep the sets together,
I still saved some money in the end.
