Shafted on a trade?

Sorry, didn't know where else to post this. Ever been shafted on a trade? Would it do any good to go to the police, or am I just wasting their time? Thanks guys.

If it happened on a trade initiated here then post the "trader's" name in the bad trader alert so that he doesn't burn anyone else!!

Airline miles are your friend. Fly out there. It's not the money issue, it's the principle.

This guy puts a nice guitar up for trade, and I trade him a nice neck for it, so about a $120 or so. He gets it, tells me he loves it, and haven't heard back from him since. What's a guy to do? This is twice I've been shafted in two months, and I'm seriously starting to doubt "good trading", with the exception of the "regulars" on SD, like Mike, Steve, etc...you know, the good ol boys. At any rate, am I just screwed?
