Hey thanks man! I use to really like Delerium's stuff, I had never heard of Claire Voyant but that is cool stuff they have on myspace - thanks for the tip there.

I gotta go to your school of key sounds, always love them. You blend modern and retro so nicely. I keep thinking of Pretty in Pink as I listen, feels like a soundtrack tune. Great stuff!

The keys in this track are a mix of vintage and modern, you nailed that. I used Logics B3 organ with a Steve Winwood patch through a big reverb for the octave organ part, a Native Instruments FM7 & FM8 for the strings, a Sequential Circuits Prophet 5 for the bass in the bridge and a Native Instruments Massive soft synth for the little arp patterns, the remaining parts are all FM8 by NI - oh yah a Steinway Piano from a sampler. I spent years making dance tracks which is all synth programming so I think that has paid off in the long run even though it's boring as hell to input notes with a mouse. :eyecrazy: Anyhow, just to give you a little info on the synth sounds.
