Give me a freakin' break. There is no WAY the cables are worth that much in parts.

Hmmm, interesting, but a wireless would be cheaper in most cases..... :smack:

But then again, under "heirloom quality" I understand "Guaranteed to outlast it´´s owner with normal use and minor abuse"....considering how long I´ve been playing and how many cables I´ve had (including Monsters and Samson´s "Armored" Cables), that´s maybe not even that bad of a deal.... IF they can live up to that claim

I've got some Lord Valve cables that he guarantees for a year or two. They use the neutik plugs and they're freakign indestructible. Great quality and very inexpensive compared to most of the other high end cables.

For that price i would expect the cables to be solid 24K stuff handmade by old monks from tibet who have studied the art for 70 years. Also, the cable must have diamond plated insulation, my name on it, play "merry christmas" the 24. December and last a lifetime. It also has to smell like a good cigar when your amp is heated, so that you know when your tone is smokin'
