I was noticing this on an older Dimarzio Paf Pro that i just got...the magnet in it is noticeably shorter than magnets I've found and used in Duncans and the ones I've used from AddictionFX.
Is there a sonic difference between shorter and longer magnets? Would swapping a longer A5 into it yield any sonic difference, other than the original magnet being slightly degaussed from age vs. a brand new full strength mag?
