I'm working on replacing the drums on an old tune I gots. lotsa cleaning up of noise and such I still need to do, and I've got a ways to go on the programming, but I'm sorta liking the results so far. So tell me whatcha think, whatcha really really think...

EZD yes. I wouldn't mind upgrading, but I'm still learning midi so I don't want to put the cart before the horse. takes me forever just to do a double bass run. thanks!

May I ask what MIDI controller you are using?


I'm assuming you play the beats on keys or pads --- or do you sequence them in an "all software" environment?

I really like the way they sound, that's why I'm hitting you with so many questions

I start with out of the box loops that I string together, and then I'll move/copy-paste/delete in logic express's midi editor thingy until stuff fits.
