should i change th einput jack on my les paul standard?

:wave: i have a les paul standard, which sound good with the jazz and jb pickups... but will it sound better if i were to replace the input jacks as well?:

i know gibson QC has been questionable but i'm pretty sure there electrical parts are going to be decent. I highly doubt sound would be affected by changing the input jack.

I just replaced the input jack on my new Korean Epi LP....not because it will sound better.... but because the firmest/best feeling/longest-lasting input jack is made by Switchcraft USA, and costs a mere $2.50, brand new.

Looks is the only reason to change it, like if you want it gold instead of nickel or chrome.
