Those are damn good amps, but the aesthetics do take a while to grow on you.
The ugliest thing about them though is that they weigh in just shy of 80 pounds for a 212 with handles that I wouldn't trust to carry an amp of half its weight.

I've never liked the looks of Red Iron Amps (not my pic), but I can understand how some would like the rustic look. I've grown tired of the look, especially when it comes to large wooden objects (architecture, furniture, etc.).
If it weren't for the stellar tones and intuitive controls, I wouldn't have too much to say about these amps.

This was the other brand I was thinking of, but couldn't think of. Horrendous. Early Crate amps (made to look like actual crates) were ugly, too, and they weighed a ton.

Jeez, that's heavier than a Twin maybe heavier than the high end custom Mesa Twin.
I've never played one, and they aren't really ugly once you compare them to the other stuff on here -I could get used to it.

I think the intent of that was to make it so that you didn't have to go through the trouble of plugging your guitar into to realize you don't want it.
