Hello everyone! I'm currently obsessed with the whole gibson/esp lawsuit guitar style. I like all explorers but if I had to pick one it's one of these.

Gibson 84
Epiphone 84
Mx220
Mx250

Anything that looks like these is cool to me. I just like how sleek it all looks. I'll take any color as long as it's white... the black one is sick but I just really, really like the white one. A custom one off would be sick as well.

I would like to see any explorers you guys have. Kits with custom paintjobs too. I don't think you can share the Chinese clones unfortunately but I'd still be interested in seeing them if it isn't against any rules. Anyone with any sick maple tops? Weird fretboards or just something special.

That's actually pretty sick. I was looking at the ex 200. I really like the headstock on the gibson/epiphone and that's where my original love for them comes from. The overall way they feel I just like too. I've never got to touch an esp version like yours unfortunately.

Here are my two main axes.

...it was born a Lzzy Hale model, but I quickly yanked all the gold off, installed black hardware, spray painted the pickguard a thick blotchy mess, and installed Seymour Duncan Blackouts AHB3 Emty's

Oh, mine was an LTD. It was one of the good ones, though. The best LTD I've ever owned, TBH.

I agree, though. The classic Gibson hockey stick headstock is amazing. I wouldn't mind a Gibson myself.

My favorite guitar is a white explorer guitar. I really like how sleek and classic it looks. One-of-a-kind would be great, too.

I actually have a Leo Jaymes explorer diy kit I put together and painted red for a but but decided to do it in white later. Right now it's got all black hardware. SD Distortion in the bridge cus I had it laying around and a wilkinson hot rail twisted in the neck position for fun. It's not bad but not great either. It's enough that I know I want a real one. This ones trus rod doesn't work but the neck is straight as an arrow for now with 10s on it. Eventually it will just be my display model lol. As for now I'm not rich and hope to buy the $650 epiphone explorer they got for sale right now. After that I think I'd really like the epiphone flying V and really want a cheaper fender strat for some reason lol. My issue is I like to mod them.

I have the same pickups as well. There pretty awesome. They came in my jackson soloist I got last year. I've tried them in a few different guitars and they were my favorite in everything so far lol. Way better then my emgs. I originally swapped them in the beginning because I was convinced I loved emg but man there just good and they make everything sound huge. I'd love to get another set someday.

Explorers are my favorites. The Gibson is my baby. I bought it new in 1999 and it's been my #1 at almost every show and recording since then. Currently tuned to E standard with a Rebel Yell bridge wired to the jack.

The Schecter is from about 3 years ago. It's a nice guitar and the fretboard is supremely playable, but I don't dig the thinner neck, the shallow neck angle hurts my shoulder, and it's been an odyssey finding the right pickups. It's a maple/wenge neck through and it's very bright. Things finally clicked into place with low tunings and a set of Invaders. Currently in drop B for a recording project. I really like it but don't know if I'm gonna hang on to it.

thats a cool ass guitar! never seen one before, tell me about it

The Lado or the E90 double? here is what the E90 double looks like. Mine is same color but I have a PATB2 MJ in the bridge and a quarter pound in the neck.
