Re: Show us your ESP's!

thanks dude! the v's have AHB-3 Blackouts, and the eclipses have AHB-1 Blackouts. The v's are tuned to drop d, the Vintage Black eclipse is tuned to standard, and the orange one is e flat. i use them for mostly metal type stuff.
As soon as I can, I'll get myself a vintage black Eclipse-II as well. For black metal, Emperor Style !

Re: Show us your ESP's!

I have an old LTD M-100 that I've had since 1999. It is actually in pretty good shape, despite all the "metal" and "br00talz" over the years.

Just recently, I unblocked the licensed Floyd Rose and re-set the whole thing: strings, set-up and tune to E standard. Still stays in tune pretty well! The real surprise is how it sounds with EMGs. It's a basswood guitar, but somehow it really brings out the low mids - lots of growl.

The neck leaves much to be desired. It is a shallow C-shape and it just doesn't do much for me.

But the overall quality is pretty damn good for being an entry-level instrument.

Re: Show us your ESP's!

My LTD EC1000VB with Gold EMG 85b/60An set and gold Gibson speed knobs. Also, my Couch strap which I had made specifically for this guitar to match it.

Anybody here seen the new ESP EC-1000 Deluxe models? They have a BVintage Black guitar that comes stock with the JB/59 combo.
