Oh-ho, Jerry back at his "bash the guys with cheaper gear" again eh? I seem to remember him apologising for that before when I posted my Epi Black Beauty and he was an ass about it until everyone jumped on him.
Seems he's still an idiot.

LL I've never owned, or even played a King V, but it looks really odd in that photo. Like the body is too small or something.

Not to worry Dio. No, we just are ribbing each other all the time. I don't do that anymore. IIRC Robert F. got a EPI Les Paul too. I'd definitly have a Zakk Wylde Epi!! I'm still an idiot of sorts though. Im working on it..hard to teach an old dog new tricks.

Diego seems to think so. But you're entitled to your opinion - you're right in a way anyway. Cheap gear is generally crap compared to stuff like Gibson and USA made Jackson.
I just wish I could afford that stuff!

I spoke with Diego. I apologised to him.He's a cool Bro. Ive had a hard time pulling my stupid foot out of my mouth. I slammed some nice guitars and I think Im starting to know better.Cheers! Youll definitly have everything you want or need eventually I would imagine.

Well, the thing is - I want many Gibsons, and USA made Jacksons ,and stuff. But I still get a TON of pleasure out of my very cheap (even in the UK!) Jackson KE3 or Concept JDR 94.

I don't NEED anything better, as much as I'd like it! Cheapo guitars can still bring their owners a lot of pleasure, especially if set up well and treated correctly.

I know you're not a bad geezer, just a bit of a gear snob. : private:

But waht you dont know is if they make a good guitar sound great, they will make a great guiytar like amber sound awesome!!

Woah, I missed that one in my skim of the thread. Very classy :D My little crowd of black strats and superstrats with maple boards doesn't look quite so impressive in comparison with all the awesome rigs in this thread

Actually, this is the first King V style Jackson I've owned. I have had a few of the different Rhodes models though. Maybe it's just me, but the body on this one seems just a tad narrower than the Rhodes body at the same points. It might not be, but it just seems like it to me. Maybe it's because I don't have that huge point hanging out on the top to look out for. :friday:
