The guitar solo starts after 05:40... Although you might not think so based on the track, Zoli Kiss is the most melodic and versatile guitarist I know and also an amazing teacher.

Do you know what gear the guitarist use?

He's been using a Twin Reverb and an old Boss ME-8 for ages. Now he's playing that dual-humbucker semi-hollow Tele you saw in the videos. He used to be a single coil guy - always had a Tele and a Strat - but he seems to like that faaat semi sound more these days.

They remind me sorta of the band I'm in..but Future Café sounds tighter, better lol but the music style is very similar I think.
