Forgive me for not knowing, but what's the difference between regular and trembucker spacing?

The spacing is different? I never understood that. I suppose trembucker is SD's version of the F space of DiMarzio.

Yes the spacing is different from a Gibson to a Fender, the Fender is wider.

Indeed at DiMarzio they call it "F-spaced" at SD they call it "Trembuckers", but the spacing is the same. (wider to compensate the wider string spacing with trem equipped guitars).Boleslaw Gers 666 said:

a regular spaced pup is at 50mm and the trem spaced is 52MM
just a bit wider to accomodate the spacing of trem tailpieces
let it be known that some of the newer tune o matic bridges are wider now
like any gibson that has a T series pup at the bridge, the 490T,498T and 500T are all trem spaced at 53mm.
