Simple slow (D)G Blues

My amp is doing funny things these days and the neighbours have been a pain in the a** so I have been recording with my DgStomp trying to get some good tones out of it. Most often, the clean sounds of modelling amps are critised. Here's a simple G blues progression. The guitar is a Tokai 335 with Seths:

Feedback appreciated and thanks for listening.

Marin :)

P.S. one file is encoded at 128k mp3 and the other at 64k wma. Can you hear any noticable difference? Thanks.

Man Marin you kill me with your awesome stuff :smoker: :burnout:
Great cleans.
But I can only hear the first one, for some reason my @£€£€{$[%¤"#&%# mediaplayer cannot play music anymore, MS crap!
Man I should have bought one of those Tokai's back then.... :smack:

Nice . . . clean and smooth.

Couldn't really tell much difference between the two files. If its there, it didn't jump out at me.

Very cool. Very much Robben Ford influenced to my ear. Only comment I will make is that I envy your fluid fast runs, but too much of good (great) thing can get lost on the listener. Now remember this is only me being envious of your chops :)

Robben and Larry Carlton along with Hendrix are probably my favourite players.

I am working on making good solo's unfortunately when they get long, it's hard to maintain concentration (that's hard also for a whole lot of other reasons) and inspiration. I am working on making the fast runs interesting as well as fast. :)

Thanks,

the WMA file (Windows Media) is half the size and I was wondering whether it could be used as a valid, lower bandwidth alternative for mp3.
