That was great man. I picked up a DR-880 this weekend. Thanks for the feedback on it. I am slowly figuring it out.

hey, I started thinking 'bout it and have to ask a few questions.

What equipment did you record with (amp, guitar, program, mic etc. )?

Did you use anything else than delay on your guitar sound?

And how many milliseconds was it delayed? (thinking about buying a delay and I can't decide whether I should go for an analog or digital)

I used the guitar amp sim of my drum machine (Dr-880). The delay was around 390 ms. This is all digital stuff.

Analogue/Digital? Just buy the one which sounds better to you. ;) A DD3 is a valid, low cost alternative.

Okay...around 390ms. Thats a little longer than analog usually will go, unless I'd go for the Maxon AD-999 but that one's out of my budget. I'm gonna look around a while before I decide. Thanks for you info :)
