simple wiring diagram

I can't locate a simple wiring diagram:
Strat-
3 single coils
1 master volume
1 tone for both neck and bridge, middle pickup- no tone

could someone please steer me in the right direction?

how is that an error?.. tone wont work with out a jumper from one common to the other

Compare the 1st and 2nd diagram. I didn't have a jumper from the switch to the volume. The area I corrected is in red. Unless there's something else I'm not seeing?
