Is any other manufacturer making the single coil hum bucker pickup beside Seymour Duncan ? I paid duncan over 400 dollars for a set of pearly gates over 6 weeks ago - have called his secretary and sent him several emails and have heard nothing from him. His website is all distorted also because I can not log on to "my account" any more. For the past 6 weeks I have been Awaiting Fullfilment of my order. Is this a normal business procedure of Seymour Duncan ??!!

DiMarzio makes several models of single-coil-sized, hum-cancelling replacement pickups to fit Stratocaster guitars.

Four to six weeks sounds like the normal turnaround for a Custom Shop order.

In trade show season, the stock excuse for non-existent customer service is that all hands are on deck, preparing to exhibit. (Burglars take note!) If enough forum members jump onto this thread with similar grumbles, one of the Moderators will notice and intercede on your behalf.

Not ideal, is it?
