single Livewire wiring

Trying to wire my Livewire Metal for single bridge pickup, one volume 3 way. I plan on only using the bridge pickup and use the 3 way for on/off switch. I should follow the schematic for the Livewire set with one volume/3 way and just omit the neck pickup?

Describe the 3-way, and/or the guitar. Are we talking Fender 3-way or Gibson 3-way? It makes a difference.

As per the Duncan schematic. I actually want to wire it like the Active one volume schematic in the wiring diagrams. Just need to know if these need to be grounded it doesnt say in the schematic. I thought that Duncan's needed to be grounded but not with EMG's.

The pickup itself needs to be grounded. If thats what you mean. Are you doing this?

very aweswome pickup. i wired mine in a single knob single PU configuration. Yes you have to ground the pickup.
