Single sized HB for HSH middle.

Looking for a single sized HB for an HSH middle. Had a lil 59 neck in the middle and it was good but the highs were not quite right, it didn't have enough highs on the wound low strings. (Though I did like it in the neck slot in this guitar before the HSH guard went on...it will go in the neck of another strat shortly) I want more mids out of this particular position, in particular low mids. I'd like it to sound more humbuckery than single coily. Any ideas? JB jr? JR jr neck? pro track? hotrails neck? (hotrails bridge would be too much mids, too hot, and not enough top)

The guitar is an Agile ST802W strat copy with wilk trem, alder body, maple neck/ maple board, vol/vol/tone, JB TB bridge, 490R neck. The pots are 500K, tone cap .027uF film (didn't have an .022 handy). The JB bridge works well in this configuration, as does the 490. Nice midrange bite and crunch from the JB. Vintagey warm, bright tone from the 490 with the right amount of low end balls.

I'm gonna say what the others said... Cool Rails, seems to be generally a popular choice for such setups

Neck model CR or bridge model CR for the middle slot? And why?

Re: Single sized HB for HSH middle.

Usually you'd choose the neck version, because they are intended for use with neck or middle, while the bridge is a stronger one because you loose quite a bit of signal strength at this position due to the strings vibrating less back there... also the bridge ones tend to be a bit middier.
