Re: Sinister's the word as the demons take their fill
Red, gold and green, huh? :smoker:
I wanted to do an orange one instead of red, but wanted the red skulls to match the body.
Those are gorgeous. Nice job. I could get along with any or all of those colors. I'm a passive pup kinda guy, but I love 'em anyway.
Check out the GFS Redactives, they sound like passives, kinda like the Blackouts.
I dig the inlay stickers. I could use something like that on my Hamer XT Sunburst. The dot at the fifteenth fret is way off centre.
Take your time installing them, or the stickers end up off center like mine.
The guy I got them from is in Japan, but I ordered about 10 sets at the same time so shipping wasn't bad at all. He also has Jackson fins, Ibanez teeth, and a number of others. I was surprised how much I liked the puzzle pieces, and I had one set that was pearloid rectangles with roman numerals that looked pretty nice which covered up some stupid looking inlay on a guitar I'm getting ready to sell.

Suddenly I want a purple guitar, gotta love Schecters.
That's Testors' One Coat Lacquer Purple-Licious, it's an awesome color, and really easy to spray. I've actually come full circle, the first two new guitars I bought were Schecters back in 98 or 99, and I've had a few over the years. Just decided recently that I wanted to get back to them, so I parted out all my Strats and sold them off. Now I have these and an Avenger bass.
Whoaaaaaa.
Love the green one!
Yup, that's one of my favorite colors, that one is called Lime Ice.
Those look good
and I love the ever so uplifting quotes in your signature
The bible is full of all sorts of crazy stuff.
They look rad as man. I just dont get the whole sticker thing.
Dots are boring, but the other Schecter models have way too much in the way of inlays. I just wanted to personalize them a little bit, and for $10 a set it didn't cost all that much.
love the red and purple ones
whats your opinion on the redlines and dragonfire pickups?
would you say they compare to EMGs and Duncans?
The Dragonfire ones are almost identical to the EMG models, GFS Redactives are much closer to Blackouts, where they sound like boosted passive pickups. You can still hear the wood in the guitar, but there's no noise. I'm really hoping they come out with hotter ones like the Blackouts Metal and EMTYs.
