Well I was playing with various stuff again....
Did not have any new backtracks at work....so I used the Will Ray track one more time....actually it is a good reference when I think about it
Kramer with CC and using my Bassman top, the greenback at work.
Od is my normal Plexi...
I went for clarity and evenness in the sound....

Well I used alot of different ways in this one, minorstuff mixed with major....nothing conscious really.
I just went for the vibe of the tune.....and I am an oldfashioned rockguitarist and it shows
It is always amusing to me how many places I can use that style in some sort of disguise.
Just flow along with the tune.....record alot of takes and get the feel for it, just relax and don't be afraid of playing "wrong" things stylerelated...
That is one of the fun things to do...break the rules, it is music after all and not genres and other boxes.

I think I'll recycle stuff too, since we lack backing tracks... after much problems with my second-hand JB, I just went out and buy a 59b which I like quite a lot... I can't believe the time I lost with high-gain pups when all I was searching for was a straight PAF like a 59b. So I now have 59 set. I'll give a shot at one of your old backtrack with it this week since work slowed down a bit...
