Hey guys, i was hoping you could help me out with "Slash chords". I'd like to know what shape the following Slash chords would take and if poss why/how do you make them.

C/E & F/A & Bb/F

Thanks alot,
Chace

Re: Slash chords

Slash chords sound better after drinkin' a fifth of Jack.

Seriously, the "shape" of the slash voicing would depend on what inversion (order of notes) the upper structer was in.

Hmm... Could you give me some examples? Cuz I'm still very lost...

Re: Slash chords

Typically, when ppl talk about Slash Chords, they talk of triads with a particular note in the bass that is NOT IS THE CHORD.

Your examples look more like inversions.
c/e is a 1st inv. c chord.
f/a is a 1st inv. f chord.
f/Bb is a 2nd inv. Bb chord

D/E is a slash chord played by voicing a D maj. triad and throwing an E in the bass.
