Sloppy Plexitone (Pedal) Clip

I just got this thing tonight :13: I plugged in, didn't even tune up, turned down the mids on my amp a bit and just started messing around.. the first part is with the mic faced away from the speaker lol.. you can probably hear me turning the mic with my foot :laugh2:
The amp is my plexi reissue, with volume on "0" :burnout:

Eh.. sorry, I should have mentioned that It's a 77 Les Paul Standard with a CC in the bridge and an A2pro in the neck.

I had the tone on about 4, the crunch on about 8 and the high gain on 7.

Yes and the volumes are on "0" :laugh2: Just above "bedroom level" I guess.
I backed off the amp mids (from 5 to 3) to compensate. I also turned the amp's bass from 5 to 6.

Holy ****!!! In the words of Will Smith..."I have GOT to get me one o' these!"....LMAO. I have a LP with a CC/Jazz combo. :fing2: SWEETNESS!!!!

Oh great, this is all I need--more G.A.S. First I get a Marshall because of you and now I hear this!!! I mean, I did'nt HAVE to listen to this clip, but OH NO!



j/k. Really, it sounds great at such a low volume. I can only imagine what it sounds like opened up!!!

Hmmm, that sounds amazing.
Can we hear another one, with the amp crunching a bit, and the pedal driving it into distortion?

I can tell it is a pedal but it sounds very good. It is just a bit scruffier on the breakup. Definately captures the personality. Nice.

That pedal rocks...I've heard the clips on MF and def have been interested in it for some time, and this just upped my GAS for one. You *can* tell it's a ped, like Kev said cos of that little bit of breakup/fuzz..but it's a GOOD breakup/fuzz

I'm also impressed with the CC...def crunches better in your paula (and Erik's) than in the one I heard it in.

Nice clip...sometimes the "relaxed", just messin around clips are the best...
