Smallest volume pedal

So what's the smallest volume pedal out there that still works well? I have a small board and would love to have one for my effects loop but space is limited. I have at max 8 inches in length and maybe 3 in width to work with. It would be nice to go smaller, otherwise I'll have to shimmy some things around, maybe even get rid of a pedal I don't use as often.

Re: Smallest volume pedal

A volume pedal is probably the simplest circuit of all pedals. If you have any woodworking skills, why not custom build your own? Since I know I'm getting some cool new tools for Christmas, I might build one myself. :)

That's the absolute worst comment ever! Not because it's bad but because I'm a tinkerer and now can't stop thinking about just building one! Darn you.

Re: Smallest volume pedal

I'm having trouble finding a sufficient guide to building a volume pedal.

It's a pedal, a volume knob on its side and either a rack/piñon mechanical connection between the pedal and the knob or just heavy duty string wrapped around the knob connected to the pedal

Also, if you need a recipe for toast, let me know.
