Smaragd

[daemon barbeque]

Well that's a very very old idea...I wanted to use my new tones and my new AKG headphones to test it.
The song is about a Druid called Chamur ,and his Jade dreams...

It's not the full version i had in mind.But that's the best i can do now.Lack of time is a big problem

The drums are not good done..but hell.I had to post it

That is a. friggin. awesome. song! You are still my favourite T&C contributor.

It sounds like Pink Floyd doing a metal song. You build a lot of suspense with that intro ... very cool. As usual, your guitar tones and recording are tops. The drums sound a bit trebly, but that's easy to fix if you are still working on this.

Post an updated version when you have it finished! I like it a lot!

So i listened to my recording for about 2 hours nonstop now.
And i know really well now what and how to change.
That version is kind of experimental..At least the drums and the 2. guitar.
I will fix everything..Maybe in some months ahahah
Ayways ,there is no mastering ,so i think the AKG headphones are really neutral sounding.That's a good thing!

I think i've been listening to this for over an hour.....I guess you can say that means its good. Take a break from your work, the animals will be fine for a couple of days. I mean, you need time to get your full length cd ready right?

Hey Nick thanx.No Vocals.I experimented with some melodies and different vocal types.Can't find a nice fitting vocal texture...
The Main Version will have more melodies and a better lead part...and about a minute and half longer..

Yeah that eastern feel is a part of my musical Logic.Blues is not cutting .Chromatic is sometimes boring.So this is the way i feel when i create songs...Thanx for digging it!
