Well, ****. It sounds a lot better at lower settings and all that stuff. It's a great sounding amp. But today was my first opportunity to crank it... and the problem is still ****ing there. I've officially put almost $1,000 into the repair of this amp and it still isn't fixed.

I'm calling them on Monday... I made audio clips of it. It's quite noticeable. I'm going to try to upload them.

Though everytime ive dealt with Mesa they have made good on things, hopefully they will this time too

Ive been gone for a year and missed the earlier threads describing the problem.

I never went into the whole thing on here, Lats knows about it, but meh. I traded my Mark III off.

Mine just always seemed like it was going to explode any second, turns out there was a reason for that. I guess I'll leave it at that.

I'm good with a 5150 and a Butcher anyway, believe it or not.


I hope you get it sorted, I'm not saying it's not worth the effort, just that it wasn't worth the effort for me.
