Page did a lot of his work on a Tele and still sounded like Page. Including the entire first Firm album which he used a Telecaster and an AC30.

THAT is an intriguing choice.
1. I love the standard PAF (More than a 59, less than PG)
2. I have not played any of those. Ever.
3. I hear tons of good stuff about them...

Certainly...we all do. But you have a great chance of just making a sideways step if you can't articulate where you are and where you want to be. Hoping for 'more better' than you have now is unlikely when just picking something different.

I think any of the ones really mentioned, WLH, SNS, or HV's would be preferred by me than what is in there now. I have had the guitar a couple of months, it's my office desk guitar daily.

I am tone agnostic. I tend to really like Duncans. But I have a number of DiMarzios as well. Have/Had SuperD's, PAF's, PAF Pros, Tone Zones, X2Ns. Choppers, HS3's, perhaps others...

You should throw a covered set of Black Winters in it. Yes, they are aggressive, but calm down with the volume knob and are more than suitable for your style of hard rock and metal. The neck is amazing sounding.
