so what attenuator impedance do i need

Still not too sure what model im getting yet, but i am wondering what impedance do i need. Is this just the impedance from the speaker out of my amp and the impedace in of the speaker?

you guys can correct me if i'm wrong but yes just the same impedance that comes out of your amp

ok, so if im playing 16 ohms into a 16 ohm cab, then i need a 16 ohm attenuator?
