so what causes this ...

Re: so what causes this ...

Yeah man, like I said in my scientific explanation, it's really, really long. That's why it's called "String Theory" and not "String Fact," because scientists are still trying to work out how to make a piece of string that long, to test it out. It's pretty technical stuff. I recommend skipping it (the theory, not the string) and just cutting straight to "Axis:Bold As Love."......"just ask the axis...."

You guys are so lucky that I'm here to explain this stuff.

Check out Brian Greene's book, 'Elegent Universe' or something to that effect... I can't recall the actual title...

Anywhoo, in there he said the "string" isn't really like a long stretched out string... more like a really huge, never ending ball of twine and somehow explained it all with Simpsons references.

Interesting stuff.

A very good keyboard player friend of mine gave me that book for Christmas last year. I looked at him like, "Have we met?" I put the book in a box with Schrödinger's cat and I'm 50% certain that it's still there.

I just noticed that on page 148 there's a section entitled "Three Consequences of Stiff Strings." Maybe I will be able to relate to this book after all.

One thing of which I can be certain....if that cat's still alive, he's gonna be mighty pissed off by now. It's gonna take more than a never ending ball of twine to placate him.

Cheers...........................wahwah

Oooooof.

I'd ask the Axis about that one...
