Miscellaneous stock humbuckers from Epiphone, Dean, and BC Rich, a few stock strat single coils from Fender, and possibly a stock Fender tele pickup or two. As far as Seymour Duncan pickups, I have a Phat Cat and a pair of P-Rails sitting around waiting for me to get the soldering iron out, as well as a pickguard already loaded with a Crazy8 and Stratbro90 waiting for me to finish a refinishing project. I think I have an old style CR-1n around here somewhere, too.

Not the first time I've heard this. I've heard the lace sensor singles and dually's are really cool though. Just never got around to trying them.

Well let's see, for humbucker's, I got a set of double cream Dimarzio 36th PAF's, a double black set of Van Zandt TruBuckers, a Zebra set of Stew Mac Golden Age and a Zebra set of Tonerider A4's. For tele pups, I got a few bridge and neck pups from the vintage vibe series and a set of GFS Lil Punchers (or killers...can't remember, but the humbucking double blade ones). For strat, I have a nos set of Chubtone 67's.

Ok, finally got around to checking the box, which looks like this:

A Gibson uncovered long-leg something-or-other. Dunno if it's a 500T or modern Dirty Fingers. Came with (?) a sticker that says 15K.
An early-mid 80s Gibson Dirty Fingers (pulled this one from a rear-loaded '84 Gibson Explorer myself) 15.9K, pat no stamped on baseplate, double-screw

A logoed Duncan with what looks like a home-made DD sticker on the bottom. Replaced the original? Definitely a different typeface than the DCJ, with a short-leg baseplate.

Exactly. How could you possibly know what good tone is unless you're cramming an A8 into every model pickup made? For that matter, you should just go with the C8 and accept that any other pickup or modification will make you sound like you're playing through an AM radio. otherwise, your drawer full of pickups will be found sleeping with the fishes.
