I went for it hard. I wanted to copy the power in his sound. Some bends sound so big its like they’re ripping towards space ala hendrix

Seriously, much closer than youd believe for appetite. Even the huge reverb sounds. Dude.

I heard a les paul do the slash neck thing with some wolf tone pickups embarrassingly better than my slash set. This set will nail velvet revolver but it wont give you that slinky appetite neck thing.

Nails use your illusion tones pretty well

People like to hate this guitarist but his influence is undeniable

But talk a little smack about ace frehley and everybody starts losing their minds

I picked up an Epiphone Explorer a few years back, the pups sucked! So chose a set of Slash signature Alnico II Pro pups. Not so much because I wanted to sound like Slash, my style is nothing like his, however those pups blew me away! Best thing I ever did with that guitar.
