I need some feedback. Is it too low wattage? Too pricey? Looks like crap? Feedback is much appreciated. At this point, I'm just going to dig playing it until someone bites. I think I'm going to pass on the ebay route. I'm having too much fun playing it and wouldn't mind hanging onto it for a while.

For me, the looks are fabulous-I want a Mercury for that reason alone. If I'm buying a Fender circuit, I want blackface with reverb and trem. if that came in a Princeton reverb circuit, I'd take it.

I think the hitch is that lots of us really don't know what one sounds like, so there's some hesitation. I know for a fact, that I'd love that in my living room because it is so stylishly tasteful.

EDIT-----Hi ScottF. Please forgive me. I think..(THINK is the keyword here) i've learned my lesson about saying rediculous b.s. stuff like this now. Im not sure if i meant to be insulting or not, which is a bad thing. Besides whether you like the Beatles or not is neither here not there. Ive heard people love your amps and I myself would love to try one. I don't know anything about your amps or what your designs are about in the first place. Thanks

I have to tell ya that Scott has been very helpful to me in the past even though I've never bought an amp from him. Why the potshots? Have you even heard one of his amps?

BTW Scott I'm still waiting on a Blackface style combo with reverb and no trem!! My 40 year old amps ain't gonna last forever ya know

wow.....I wanted that amp so bad, but I needed something with more clean tone for the jazz stuff I'm playing If you do a 2x6v6 amp in that style, I want dibs!
