a friend of mine who loves wasting money has two epi valve jr's so i told him to get a MM tranny kit. its $300 and it gets put in a $100 amp.

anyway the dvd has this fantasitc movie of how to solder in maybe russian. funniest thing i saw all day

That MM kit has a reputation for being heavily overpriced. Check out the price of the heyboer OT valve jr replacement on the allen amps site. Of course this is all a bit academic if your friend has already bought...
