Some clean demos of some Seymour Duncan sets

Let's start out with a stock Squier Sonic Hardtail Strat with Squier Alnico 5 pickups:

Now let's take a look at the Ibanez Talman with the Seymour Duncan Steve Miller "Joker" set. Other than the pickups, the knobs/stickers and a neck shim, this guitar is all stock:

Now, the Fender 75th anniversary strat with Alloy nut, anodized pickguard, vegatrem and the Eric Gales "Trouble" set:

Fender John Mayer strat. It's been modified to hell and back. It's equipped with the Hendrix set:

My ESP EC-1000 Eclipse us something y'all would fall in love with, it's modified with some aesthetics but also features a Floyd Rose FRX and Seymour Duncan Joe Bonamassa Blonde Dot pickups:

Everyone needs at least one PRS! Here's my Santana. Not much modded on this one, just upgraded with the Seymour Duncan Frampton Comes Alive set:

volume and tone knobs are at 100% for all these guitars, volume and eq on the amp is neutral and nothing got touched, switched or moved so amp stayed the same. No pedals no effects. Just guitar to amp.

These are by no means, the best but I made them to just give you an idea for how the pickups different from each other. When I explain them I'm detail, sometimes I think people don't understand or know what I'm talking about - so this will give people clarity

It's only $300.00 and we'll worth it, it is a full Floyd Rose system but without any routing on your Les Pail/SG or ESP guitar. It relies on one spring, can go a full Octave above and below strat styled Floyds and stays in tune regardless of even when multiple string breaks. It's pretty incredible and is up there with the Gotoh VSVG and Vegatrem (my favorite trems) for me. I love these three and the Babicz on my Tele. They all sound great and are unique to their purposes

Might be better with more stock guitars. The modifications quite often do have an affect on the resulting sound and in those cases, people who don't have the same mods won't be able to separate what's different because of the pickups and what's different because of the mods.

Unfortunately almost every one of the 35+ guitars in the guest room are modified and highly modified usually at that. The only ones that haven't been modified are the vintage Gibson Firebird and the Squier Sonic Hardtail Strat (but they will be soon). There's alot of vintage guitars at the studio but can't really bring those home or install pickups in them - I don't own those. I only own the 45ish in my house. No worries though, everything will sound a bit different (and feel/react differently) based on amp, guitar, effects, etc. This was to show how different every guitar is but also to show/back up what I said about the gear/guitars/pickups beforehand. Most people don't believe that I have that many guitars or pickup sets anyway. Meh...
