standard spacing works
but if you want the poles and strings to line up then yes
the trembucker has a spacing of about 52mm center to center for the outside poles
the F-spaced has a spacing of about 51mm center to center for the outside poles
the standard spacing of a humbucker is 49mm center to center for the outside poles
Duncan doesnt offer neck pickups in Trem spaced
and while Dimarzio does, the F-spaced versions fall just 1mm outside the strings
as the standard falls just 1mm inside
bridge needs to be F or trem spaced
neck , well, either or will work
if your concerned bout sound more than looks then
you could make em both standard as the sound or tone isnt really affected
