Here is a tune from Ava Torch's upcoming album (being released on the 30th).
1920's rhythms via 1970s instrumentation. Lots of fun.
Amps: Twin Reverb, Princeton Reverb - both pretty well cranked
Guitars: 335 with WLH set, Strat with JB
Bass: Jazz bass into a Hartke LH500 hybrid via a sansamp BDDI

Nice work, I really like the old-school composition mixed with more modern guitar tone. I can imagine watching this live at some dystopian future cabaret club

that vid was so bad. Bad performance, bad sound, bad vibe. Not what i'd like up on the web to represent what we do. The random person who filmed it posted it without asking permission. The venue had only one mic and i don't think a duet really represents what the band is about- especially with the album coming out. The poster took it down at my request.
