(Sort of) NBD

Pulled the trigger on an MIJ 1999 Fender '62 RI fretless Precision neck from The Stratosphere.

Installed on my otherwise idle 1987 MIJ Fender Squier Jazz: SD QPs with series-parallel switching, Gotoh 201B bridge and custom celluloid pickguard from Pickguardian. Went with LaBella 0760M Original 1954 FW 52-110.

Loving it!

I felt very bad because this bass was just sitting after I got my 2012 MIM Fender Jazz. This one has an alder body, great pickups and a Gotoh bridge plus a celluloid pickguard. I thought that this was the best way to get it back on the road.
