Hey. I'm in the US and have made my own pickgaurds in the past, but no longer have a workshop...

Can you recommend good, affordable, custom pickgaurd websites that can work from a tracing?

I'm pretty sure Pickguard Heaven does custom trace jobs. I haven't used them. Just have them bookmarked.
