Spacers For Large Ceramics

I'm looking to put a large ceramic in my Custom but I'm not sure what to use for a spacer as the regular ones are too small. For those of you who have done this mod or other mods with large ceramics what did you use? Thanks.

The stock spacers are the right size when flipped on their side, so they sit upright instead of flat. This is actually how Duncan used to do it.
