I have a "like-new" (built late 2007), Sims Custom Shop (Nashville, TN) double cutaway electric guitar up for auction on eBay.

I'm letting it go because I have to reduce my guitar collection.
Sims Custom Shop - Spalted Maple Guitar Description:
This guitar was built in 2007 by Sims Custom Guitars of Nashville, TN.
This is their first Spalted Maple top build. The body is Mahogany.
It has been professionally converted to a hard-tail (removed the pain-in-the-butt Floyd Rose Tremolo).
There is a minor mark (not a distraction) on the bottom edge of the body; I received the guitar new with this condition.
The neck is Maple with a Rosewood fret board. The neck has bird inlays.
The bridge pickups are Seymour Duncan George Lynch Sreamin' Demons.
The neck pickups are GFS Mean-90.
3-way switching.
The guitar sounds great!
The guitar comes with a hard case.
