Speaker emulated output doesn't work anymore

I have Randall Diavlo RD1, i tried to hook up to the soundcard today, launched a reaper, set everything right but speaker emulated output, its xlr doesn't work anymore. I know it worked well for my last recording with Diavlo about 5 months ago, but now all i hear is the sound from a cab, it's like i didn't connect the cable, but i did connect everything right. Anyone had idea where could be a problem? The amp itself is performing well. I also had the problem yesterday, hook up Roland Cube 20 X to a soundcard, it works but clean channel sounds distorted, i only can fix this if i set the volume pretty low, otherwise it's just distorting too much. i have Roland Duo Capture sound card. I am thinking if it's something wrong with my external sound card, on my last recordings everything sounded ok. But, simulations, that i am ussualy using for recording demos, like Guitar Rig 5 and than record it in the Reaper all sounds good, without a problem.

Does the ground lift make a difference?

Check to see if there’s an updated driver/firmware for the sound card - I’ve had my whole studio rig stall because of that!

Or some little box that needs to be checked or unchecked in the software.

Ok, i installed new driver for the interface, and Roland is still distorting at cleans, and with Randall, the signal is visible in the Reaper but it doesn't shot off the cab like it did before. So, now i am hearing both, the cab and sound from the monitors, and the sound from monitor is only there if hi z button on the interface is off. And it sounds like it is distorting too. So, maybe it's something wrong with the interface, i don't know..

I think i am gonna try with Sonar program i have on cd.. if it will work in Sonar than it's problem with Reaper settings, and if it will not work with Sonar, than i'll borrow another interface to see if the problem is in Roland Duo Capture MK2.
