Speaker recommendation needed

Getting close to finishing up a tube amp build and have started on the cabinet. Want another 1 X 12 set up.
I want to know what an excellent speaker for blues/jazz would be. Needs to be 8 Ohm and at least 40 Watts. Partially open back cabinet.

EDIT: You MOST likely already know this, but give the speaker a little bit of time to break in
