I'm looking to tame some of the highs in my rig, and want something other than the aggressive rock speakers I presently have. They're both great speakers, but better suited to harder forms of rock than I'm into, and too similar to each other.
I'm looking for an Eminence Cannabis Rex, Texas Heat, 1258, or a Fendery Weber 12", or anything in that vein. 8 ohm.
In trade I offer a Jensen Electric Lightning 12". Link to Jensen's site. It's not a well-know speaker, but I've seen nothing but good reviews. 70 watts, 99 dB efficiency. I've seen it described as a "cross between a Vintage 30 and a G12T-75, but with its own thing going on" or simply as a "Vintage 30 but less harsh and without the mid-spike". Whatever. It's a great speaker, just not what I need.
Judging by the new prices, these speakers are all in the ballpark for a straight-up swap. Let me know by PM if you're interested.
