Speakers?

I have a crate v30 with the tone tubby and was wondering if it would help to build like a 2x12" speaker cabinet. I play like classic rock to newer alternative rock stuff.

Also which celestions are considered good for this if i consider it? I've been looking at the vintage 30 and greenback and can't tell a difference from the clips really...What other speakers would be good for this? Or am i just being dumb for considering replacing the tone tubby :smack:

30's seem to be the all around usual median these days, but it depends on what you play also.....
