I believe it is a late 90s model, I have not rode it much. Shimano Deore XT derailer, Shimano LX crank, Deore LX Rapid Fire Plus Shifters, Metal Matrix Aluminum Frame, Shockmaster Ummagumma tires 26" x 1.95", Specialized Z-21 rims, front suspension etc...

Bike is super lightweight, you can carry it with one finger

Overall a nice quality bike well taken care of. Images if interested. Local bike shop said it was worth $400 as it sits easily

Looking for a guitar or gear trade, bike was well over a grand new

Anything specific you are looking for in trade? I have a Yamaha AES620HB or a PRS SE Soapbar I would be willing to trade if either interest you...

18" sounds like a good fit for my son - who probably needs a bike more than I need an Xth guitar :approve:
