Thanx for the info John. Would you say that I would be in the same boat with your modded Super Overdrive?

One of these days (I'm horrible at making decisions...) I'm going to get either my SOD or TS9 to you for a mod. I tend to use them as boost and a low "cut". Run the level full up, gain nearly off up to about 9 oclock depending on whether I'm using single coils or humbuckers, and tone is rarely above 9 oclock either.

The SD1 would definately get you alot closer to what you want..It works as both a great booster, but also it has a nice tight articulate crunchy tone in a nice 70s Classic Rock way...

John, do you mod the BD-2 Blues Driver?

I do mod the BD2...Oddly enough,I don't get very many of these to mod? Give me a head's up so I can order the caps for this one..This is a pricier pedal and I Guess that's why it isn't as popular as say the SD1 or the DS1?
