Emerson Lake and Palmer's "Knife Edge"... the metal version!

recorded the bass for this song yesterday and was pleased enough to mixdown, even though there's still plenty to record and mixing to do.

So the amp is my Splawn... the pickup is a SD Distortion.
The fancy part in the middle though is Texas Specials on the right and an SD '59 on the left... :1:

Later I'm going to record two more rhythm tracks with my Laney and do the leads and stuff...

Good tones, nicely up front and with clarity. What microphone(s) did you use to record?

It's a SM57 and Sennheiser e609. The 57 is 4 db louder than the Senn... The two mics compliment each other quite well.
