split/paralel from a normal 3 way blade?

ok, i'm not going to bet the neck bucker for some time now and i doubt i will get one anyway (looking for a fernandes sustainer to put in the neck) so i think i'll take some use of that switch there and set it up to split and maybe paralel if possible. or just paralel..

so pos1 is normal series
pos2 split (or paralel)
pos3 paralel (or split)

any schematics? ideas? doable or no

Re: split/paralel from a normal 3 way blade?

Are you talking about the type of 3-way that comes with a Tele?
If so, its fairly simple. I'll post a pic this afternoon. (EST)

I'm not Tele-pathic. :D

A pic would be great . . . at least if you want it to work. ;)

Yes, Neck / Neck+Bridge/ Bridge ... but IIRC it´s a plastic import style switch ;)

Re: split/paralel from a normal 3 way blade?

If I'm understanding you correctly, here's the schematic:

And here's how you'ld do it using two popular 3-way switches:

Let me know if that doesn't answer your question.
