Splitting Dimarzio Fast Track 1

Has anyone tried standard HSH switching on a Fast Track 1 in the neck with a standard single coil in the middle? The super low DCR (I'm guessing 38 awg wire or something) weirds me out a bit, just wondering if anyone has experience. Middle pickup would (tentatively) be an FS-1.

go parallel instead of split then.

I mean split one coil of the FT-1 with the FS-1 in the 4 spot. I'm too disinterested to get a superswitch and figure out how to go parallel in 4.

ahhhh

normally, with 2 single coils, 4th position would be parallel humbucking anyway right? Perhaps you could somehow wire them in series humbucking to compensate for the weaker coil?
